That Scotland be prepared for possible independence from the UK by the immediate withdrawal of all subsidies from public funds for the Public Sector expenditure in Scotland.

Additional Information

Since the support for Scotland is at a similar level to the net contribution to the EU, this will prepare the UK for the fiscal benefit of leaving the EU.
