All bill presented to parliament must be given a vote.

Petition Details

There is increasing unease with the use of filibuster techniques to talk out bills. In addition to being undemocratic this can, rightly or wrongly, give the impression that there is some ulterior motive to blocking a vote. For the sake of transparency all bills must be given a fair vote.
