The whole of the UK should have the vote on Scottish independence.
With the first referendum only Scottish residents got a vote on independence. This I believe is wrong as it will affect the whole of the UK.
The SNP are only concerned about their party aims and not at the consequence this would have on their own country but also our union. This would not only hinder both Scotland and the UK economy but destroy centuries of friendship and cooperation and history. In these uncertain times I truly believe our union is stronger together
