Make a Scotland vote on Independence a U.K. wide vote for all British Citizens.
Th UK economy cannot be but at risk by decisions made in the Scottish Parliament on independence while non residents of Scotland have no voice.
Scotland had a "once in a lifetime" vote on independence in 2015. They voted to remain.
If democracy allows them to vote again 3 years after the last referendum then the rest of the kingdom should be allowed to participate in any future vote.
