Lower the minimum age for opening a Help to Buy ISA.

Petition Details

It is increasingly difficult for the next generation to get onto the property ladder. It takes longer to save up for inflating deposits, so young people should be allowed to start incentivised savings sooner, and parents/grandparents allowed to gift into Help To Buy ISAs well before a person is 16.
