Allow Non-resident Scottish nationals a vote on Scottish independence
I am a Scottish and British national who is currently living in North America. Headlines today suggest that there may be a further referendum on Scottish independence. There is every chance I will return to my country of birth in the future and believe that I should have a say in its future.
