Devolution to England - Give England its own parliament.
Due to the recent announcement that Nicola Sturgeon demands a second ref on Independence. It is time to give all the nations within the UK a say on matters that effect them.
Scotland have a Scottish Government
Wales have the welsh assembly
N'Ireland have an assembly
Why not the English?
