Free Legal Assistance to families where a child has been killed in the UK or Abroad.
This petition is to ensure that all families where a British child has been murdered in the UK or abroad should be given free legal assistance / legal advisers to deal with the issues relating to a trial. Further assistance (travel, accommodation) for direct members to go to the trial.
This e-petition is to ensure that families are not penalised financially as a result of legal proceedings in the UK or abroad.
