Can the whole of Britain have a vote on whether to keep Scotland in the UK
Scotland's former First Minister has said the independence vote is a "once in a generation" opportunity. He pledged not to bring back another referendum if Scots choose to remain in the UK. Another vote for Scotland, only fair the rest of the UK also gets a new vote regarding Scotlands UK membership
