Petition Action

Tell Cia Qi, Mayor of Beijing, to take down Huya.com's animal torture channels

Petition Details

Huya.com, China's massive live video streaming site, has no restrictions whatsoever on animal torture channels, meaning that (somehow) they gain up to 460,000 subscribers. Cia Qi, Beijing's mayor (and the rest of the government) needs to create stricter regimes when it comes to broadcasting cruelty

Additional Information

The Beijing News reported that these videos gain over 100,000 views (who are these people)?! and their videos include footage of protected animals being tortured and killed. The Beijing News also stated that animals were hunted, captured and abused, sometimes forced to fight each other to the death. Huya.com should not allow these videos to be broadcasted.
