Allow Scottish Parliament to decide the terms of an Independence Referendum

Petition Details

The Scottish Government has indicated the desire to have a referendum on independence. The terms of this referendum should be set in Scotland by the Scottish Parliament.

The UK Government should in no way restrict the choice of the Scottish Parliament to set the timing, question and franchise.
