Additional Information

I would like to propose the setting up of a national charity, with the purpose of aiding the removal of the current and future deficits.
We, the public and organisations will then have the ability to make voluntary contributions towards the shortfall.
The primary aims would be building national confidence and helping stimulate the recovery.
