A Scottish Independence Referendum SHOULD be allowed to happen before Brexit
After the Brexit vote some have suggested there is no appetite for a second vote on Scottish independence. This is not true. The democratic deficit of being taken out despite our vote to stay must be resolved through another vote on independence. This vote should take place before the UK leaves.
