To require a meaningful majority in any future constitutional referendums.
There have just been 2 major referendums. If a company wants to change Articles of Association it needs a 75% majority. Clubs and associations usually require a 2/3 majority to alter Constitutions. It would seem reasonable that major constitutional changes to our Nation should require the same.
