The timescale of a Scottish Independence referendum should be set in Scotland.
We in Scotland believe that any attempt to block or delay a second Scottish independence referendum by the UK Government would be a clear disregard for democracy due to the clear mandate of the Scottish Government given by the people of Scotland.
