Legal requirement employer must give employees payslip min a day before pay day
Wages wrong on payday this can cause financial troubles.
Giving your payslip on payday gives you no time to plan corrective action. This may effect your credit score. When bills do not get paid etc. Especially when in some cases its the employer at fault not the employee but employee gets penalized
