Theresa May should allow the elected Scottish Government decide Referendum Date

Petition Details

Theresa May aims to block the Scottish Referendum due to the upcoming Brexit Talks and feels that this should not take place until after Brexit.

The SNP aim to offer a referendum question when Brexit Talks are near completion and the British Government are aware of their position.
