The whole of the UK electorate should have a vote on Scottish Independence.

Petition Details

So if the majority of the UK population wish Scotland to be no longer part of the UK then this should be respected by the governments of Scotland, the UK and the EU. If Scotland wish to be separate from the UK then England/the UK wish to grant them this wish.
