Employers to pay equal wages to workers doing the same work regardless of age
A lot of companies take advantage of their worker's age by paying them far less than someone older doing the exact same work. Why should a 16-year-old be offered a much lower wage than a 25-year-old as a Waiter doing the exact same work? This practice is completely unfair, ageist and unethical.
