I think that horse owners should have to pick up after their pets.

Petition Details

When you are walking or cycling down a path nothing is more disturbing than a big pile of horse excrement.

Additional Information

I know its not as bad as dog feaces but it is no more pleasant it is unavoidable when on a bike and from my experiences does not clear up very quickly. I think that if a horse owner wants to keep a horse they should be prepared to pick up after them! Instead they are lazy and leave their horses waste in the way of cyclists, walkers, children and other animals.
