Make cyclists identifiable on the roads with a number plate.
Cyclists jumping red lights, ignoring cycle lanes where provided, cycling without lights or high visibility aids, or using the roads without due care and consideration to other motorists should be identifiable to cameras and other road users by means of a registration or number plate.
