Allow a second referendum on Scottish independence
The people of Scotland have a democratic right to a second independence referendum, at a time of their choosing as represented by the Scottish Government.
The 2014 referendum was predicated on the Government's and No campaign's claim that independence would lead to ejection from the EU, and the Scottish people are now in the position of being pulled out of the EU against their will. The future of the UK and its political landscape have significantly changed in the last three years, and the Scottish people have a right to decide which future to choose.
