I want all horse riders to collect there horse poo off our roads
A fine for horse riders leaving there horse muck on our roads.
There are more motorbikes using the roads today and horse muck or poo is a massive hazard to them. After seeing a rider hit horse muck and then slip off the road causing him to breck his neck. Unacceptable
