The rest of the UK be allowed to vote in any future Scottish referendum
There could be strong feelings that the rest of the population are fed up with the Scottish Nationalists and would like to see Scotland go independent and the £1500 odd extra per capita spent annually on them and other monies be diverted to us and our services
