An independence referendum determined by Scottish Parliament not Downing Street.
Once the terms of Brexit become clear - and before the UK leaves the EU - Scotland should have the ability to chose Scotland’s future in a referendum on independence. It must be up to the Scottish Parliament, not Downing Street, to determine the timing, franchise and question of referendum.
