We in Scotland demand a democratic vote on who will be the first minister.
Nicola Sturgeon was voted in as first minister of Scotland by the Scottish MP’s and the people of Scotland were denied their right for a democratic vote on who should be our main representative in Westminster.
Nicola Sturgeon has no mandate to call for a second referendum as she was not democratically voted in by the people for the people. She does not represent the majority of the Scottish she only represents herself and with her infatuation of an independent Scotland will led to our country’s downfall.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The UK Parliament or Government are not responsible for appointing the First Minster of Scotland.
The First Minister is a democratically elected member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP). She was appointed as First Minister by royal warrant from the Monarch following a vote by MSPs.
