Grant a section 30 order for a Referendum on Scottish Independence
The UK has voted to leave the EU against the overwhelming wish of the Scottish People. We now demand a section 30 order from the UK Government to hold a second referendum as a result of this substantial change in circumstance.
To hold a referendum, a section 30 order is required to devolve the necessary powers for that referendum. We want the UK Government to agree to one immediately. If they do not then the referendum will proceed under a plebiscite.
