This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a clear and specific action.

Willful obstruction of the highway is already an offence, so it is not clear what action you would like the Government or Parliament to take. You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.

If you think that a crime, such as assault, is being or has been committed you should contact the police.
