Only British Scottish residents & expats should vote in independence referendum.
Once UK left EU, EU citizens living in Scotland should not qualify to vote in Scottish independence referendum, unlike in 2014.
In readiness, the electoral roll office should identify Scottish expats - i.e. British citizens born in Scotland but currently not living in Scotland.
Once UK left EU, EU citizens (as well as Commonwealth, Irish citizens) living in Scotland should not qualify to vote in independence referendum, unlike in 2014.
Scottish residents that was able to vote in the 2014 Scottish independence referendum included current Scottish residents who were: British citizens, commonwealth students & workers, Irish citizen, EU citizens living Scotland at the time.
UK constitutional issues should only be decided by British Citizens by 60% majority vote.
