English, Welsh & Northern Ireland citizens to vote in the Scottish Referendum

Petition Details

Essentially, the Scottish are voting to break up the United Kingdom - and the remaining citizens of England, Wales & Northern Ireland have no say in this at all. We should all have a say on the future of the United Kingdom, not just the Scottish citizens.
