Tougher sentencing for One Punch Killers
The average sentence in the U.K. for a One Punch Killing is a pitiful 3 years! There have even been cases in which the perpetrator has had no sentence imposed at all! When the family of the victim have a life sentence of loss and no justice, how is that right?!?
