Nationalise Social care in the UK
It has been widely reported that several privatised care homes have pulled out of public sector contracts as "We didn't think we could do it for the money - it was as simple as that." and it "doesn't leave a great deal" (of profit). For too long people have paid thousands for substandard care.
For years now social care across the UK has been dogged by increasing pressure, allegations of abuse and poor staff turnover and training along with trying to increase profits margins for shareholders from the public's expense. Its time to nationalise social care
