Petition Action

Reverse the ban on electronic devices in cabin baggage from certain countries.

Petition Details

The UK government has followed President Trump's lead and announced a ban on laptops and electronic devices in cabin baggage on direct flights from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Turkey, Lebanon and Jordan.

Additional Information

We must not follow the US's lead in discriminating against Middle Eastern and North African countries. This move is unnecessary, perpetuates damaging stereotypes and will have damaging effects to the UK's economic and commercial interests.

We cannot allow President Trump's foreign policy, to dictate the UK's foreign policy.
