Grant a referendum for English voters only on whether to keep Scotland in UK

Petition Details

The opinions and rights of English people are being neglected in the debate as to whether a referendum is granted to Scottish voters. So, to counteract this a debate is required to grant a referendum for English citizens to vote as to whether Scotland should remain part of the UK.
