Find a better way to apply science to industry

Scientific Research from universities etc can be used to mondernise businesses. As well as spin off companies they can ensure hitech businesses dvelope in the area which also often make use off the resources of the local university paying for extra research. The germans use Fraunhofer Institutes to apply science, the UK should use its all its universities. Companies often just goto Oxford and Cambridge Science parks which are world class. However, they do not not be be neeed science parks just a University liasion team to work with local business will aid via the application of specialist knowledge.
