Prevent radicalised fighters from returning from Syria.
It appears that the UK is willing to let hundreds of radicalised ex-ISIS fighters into the country. This must be prevented by changing or challenging international law if necessary.
It is impossible for the security services to prevent lone wolf attacks, particularly those using vehicles or other low-tech 'weapons'. The only real way to increase security is to lower the number of people that present a threat.
