Equal consideration for weekend workers

Additional Information

Despite many people working weekends all public holidays and events are planned around monday to friday workers. weekend workers in fact have to work extra at public holidays. Example royal wedding it was strongly advertised only three days worked out of 11. Many people didnt get any of this benefit.
