Introduce bottle deposits (like Germany) to encourage recycling & help homeless
I think that as a country we don't do enough to help the homeless and bottle deposits are an easy way for homeless people to get enough change for a meal. I see constantly in towns homeless suffering and a clear lack of help. I discovered the deposits in Germany and I think it's a good way to help.
