Make desecration of the Union Flag within the United Kingdom a criminal offence
Create a new Act that makes deliberately defacing or burning the Union Flag and or imagery that depicts similar, illegal within the United Kingdom. The question of whether or not to prosecute in individual cases will be the responsibility of the police and the courts.
