Arm all police in the UK, in light of the death of Keith Palmer in London.
4 people including Palmer were killed in the London attack.
Around 40 people were injured.
The knifeman then stabbed a policeman before being shot dead by armed officers near the Houses of Parliament.
If the first officer to spot the man was armed, the attacker may have been killed sooner.
