Cap charges to Pension Schemes
Those saving for retirement in countries such as Holland, Denmark, Canada, New Zealand and Australia can expect to retire with pensions worth up to 50pc more than their British counterparts, even though they have made exactly the same contributions. The government should create a cap on the charges which can be made to UK pension schemes to maximise the benefit to savers and minimise the benefit to those providing the schemes.
