Ban dog breeding unless having a license and paying a yearly fee.

Petition Details

Countless dogs end up in rescues and kennels every year. Some remain in there for the rest of their lives through no fault of their own. People choose to go to breeders who breed for money rather than home dogs who are in need. Many dogs get put down because no one can find their surgery. Stop it!
