Help tu buy amount should not increase with the increase of the property value.
The normal definition people know is that it will help the first time buyers and it's a 0% interest loan for 5 years. What most of the people don't know is that with the property of the value going up you need to pay a bigger amount. The debt will grow bigger and bigger and impossible to pay off.
It is very unfair to a first time buyer and should be looked into.
