Give women on maternity leave the right to work part-time on returning to work.
Is it ok that it's simply a request that can easily be side stepped? Being a parent and wanting to maintain a career should not be an either or decision, yet many women find this a real prospect. It's time to change the culture of the workplace and accept having babies and wanting a career is ok
