Let's help beat terrorism and help the law catch them before any attack. Any suspected terrorist should be tagged and there property searched before the proven guilty.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
A decision about searching the property of someone who is suspected of a crime would be an operational decision for the police. Electronic monitoring (tagging) is is used in England and Wales to monitor curfews and conditions of a court or prison order. This would be a decision for the police or for the courts, which are independent of the Government and Parliament.
