Petition Action

A broken manifesto pledge made by David Cameron then PM

Petition Details

David Cameron in the last Tory Manifesto pledged "the British tax payer would not pay child benefit or child tax for EU immigrants children if they lived outside the UK no matter how much tax they have paid"

Additional Information

The British tax payers are challenging why this manifesto pledge has been broken as the current Prime Minister Teresa May is likely to continue to pay child benefit and child tax to EU immigrants children not living in the U.K.
This is a clear broken manifesto pledge made to U.K. Citizens
