Petition Action

Give the electorate the power of Recall

Additional Information

This petition calls forward the installation of the electorates right to a recall of representatives of Parliament, should they be dissatisfied in any means with the performance and overall representation of that particular MP for their regional constituency.

Such legislature, would guarantee the pragmatism and efficiency required of regional and state governance, and encourage public participation, the purest form of Direct Democracy; the very foundation of our nations constitution.
