ALL Police officers stationed around key terrorist targets should now be armed.
The killing of 5 people around the Houses of Parliament highlights the severe problem of getting armed response officers to the scene to deal effectively with events as they unfold. Had PC Keith Palmer been armed he would have been able to defend himself halting the attacker in his tracks.
This Petition now requires the urgent attention of Parliament.
