Revoke the Tarmac Tax
Runners from around the country are dismayed at the Government's introduction of the so called 'Tarmac Tax'. The 20% levy on training shoes is designed to raise funds to help local authorities repair pavements worn out by overuse where jogging is a popular form of exercise.
