Draft a law requiring employers to pay workers equal wages for equal work

Petition Details

Too many employers are abusing the ignorance of employees and their own positions in power by paying different employees different wages for the exact same work. This practise is not fair and must be stopped with more pay being given only to those who take on more responsibilities in the work place
